Reservations and Payment

Availability is subject to your email reply accepting terms and conditions and sites will only be held for 24hrs. When making your booking please include surnames matched up to vehicle registration number and how many people (adults and the kids ages at time of booking) in each vehicle. Please advise if your vehicle is 2WD / 4WD and what (if anything) you are towing or camping in, including details of total size .

The office is located at the homestead and open for check in from 2pm until 6pm There is no access for new arrivals after the office is closed.

Once your booking is confirmed full payment in advance is due. This can be paid by direct deposit to the following account:

When making your payment please use your full name and date of arrival as the reference and we will email confirmation of receipt along with some info to help you plan your stay!

 Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations up to 1 week prior to arrival will be refunded. A $35 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations up to 24hrs prior to arrival will be charged a $35 cancellation fee and be refunded 50% of the balance of payment or Credit for payment made can be transferred to future bookings within 12months subject to availability. Cancellations within 24hrs will not be refunded or credited. No refund or credit will be provided for late arrivals, early departure or if fewer campers than booked occupy the camp site.

  •  Changes or cancellations by us

 We retain the right to close any/all of the property without notice for safety/management reasons or unforeseen circumstances. 

In the event of weather extremes, emergency reasons or any circumstances which are beyond our control we offer a full credit valid for 2 years. If you are unable to transfer your booking to another time, we will refund payment however a $35.00 administrative fee will apply.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you agree to the above conditions and understand that there are inherent risks associated with off-road driving and bush camping. As the person making the booking you acknowledge the you are responsible to ensure all members of your booking are aware of these conditions and that you are adequately prepared to safely camp in the bush and agree that the owners and management of Murchison House Station will not be held liable for loss or damage to property or person.
